1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jelbdt platform and all its services. "jelbdt", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the website https://jelbdt.cam and all services under it. "User", "you" or "player" refers to any person registered on or visiting this platform.

By accessing jelbdt or creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1.1 Description of Services

jelbdt is an online betting and casino platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Our services include sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi and more), online slots, live casino games and other casino-related entertainment.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use services on jelbdt. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. We may request proof of identity at any time for the purpose of age verification.

2.2 Registration Terms

At the time of account registration, you must confirm the following:

• All information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
• You have not previously created an account on jelbdt (only one account per person is permitted).
• You are using this platform voluntarily and entirely of your own judgment.
• Accessing online gaming is lawful for you under the laws of your area.
• You are not placing bets on behalf of or with the funds of any third party.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our security policy, we may request proof of identity (national ID card / passport), proof of address or other documents before processing withdrawals or large transactions. jelbdt reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, residential address or payment method. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account forfeiture.

3.2 Password and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

You are responsible for keeping your contact details (email, phone number, etc.) up to date at all times. jelbdt will not be responsible for any issues that arise due to outdated information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jelbdt is ৳100 (one hundred taka). We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• The payment method used for deposits and the account ownership must belong to the same person.
• Making deposits using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• There is no upper limit on deposit amounts, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• jelbdt reserves the right to review any withdrawal suspected of fraud.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jelbdt strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If unusual or suspicious financial activity is detected, we reserve the right to investigate the account and place transactions on hold.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jelbdt offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15 times the total bonus amount.
• The bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.

5.2 VIP Program

jelbdt's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher tier based on your consistency of play and activity. jelbdt reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, jelbdt offers various promotional offers. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotion page. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered validly accepted when confirmation is received from the system. jelbdt will not be responsible if a bet is not processed due to network issues.

6.2 Technical Errors

jelbdt reserves the right to void the result of a game if abnormal results are produced due to system errors, server problems or software faults. In such cases, the amount of the relevant bet will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting rules for cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including FIFA, local leagues), kabaddi and other sports are stated on the specific page for each event. Please read the relevant rules carefully before placing a bet.

6.4 Fair Play Guarantee

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jelbdt platform:

8 Limitation of Liability

8.2 Third-Party Services

Third-party game providers and payment services are used on our platform. jelbdt is not directly responsible for issues with these third-party services, however we will assist in resolving problems.

8.3 User Responsibility

11.2 Resolution Process

11.3 Financial Disputes

For transaction-related disputes, a complaint must be filed within 30 days of the transaction date. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

12 Changes to Terms

jelbdt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to send a notification to your registered email.
